Landon's booboo

Scott has started his 3rd year of medical school. His first rotation was a few hours away so he only got to come home 3 of the 4 weekends. He was kind of hard but I finally got used to it towards the end. It was an E.R. rotation so of course I had my own scary accident with Landon while he was gone. Its only because I said to myself, "Hopefully nothing happens while Scott it gone". Of course It had just rained and we were walking in our house when Landon slipped in the doorway and cut the back of his head open on the metal door frame. He only cried for a second but I noticed blood first on the door and then I felt his head and it was bleeding all over. I had no idea how bad it was until I had to wash it off and noticed this gash in his head. I went over to my friends house to drop Jacob off, and luckily her medical student husband was home and checked it out. He put some liquid bandage on it and said it would be fine. I totally had a meltdown and wondered why the first time one of the kids gets hurt badly in the last 4 years that Scott is hours away. Landon is one tough kid though, he barely cries over anything.
