Howell's Pumpkin Patch

One of the things I do enjoy about Iowa this time of year is that there are lots of fun places to go. We went to a really fun pumpkin patch on Friday and there was a lot more than pumpkins. Jacob had so much fun. This farm was huge and I'm hoping to go back again with Scott.

They had these "wiggle cars" that were perfect for his age. He could actually drive them around without my help. I wonder where you get those?
Jacob loves these corn pits. I think this could have been his favorite part of the whole thing. He kept asking to go back after I made him leave to do something else. He made it out with only a few kernels in his diaper this time!
Jacob had to ride this horse that was more his size than a real one.
There were tons of different types of tire swings. He had fun on this horse tire swing. He was very content just sitting there holding on to the rope.
They had these fun tractors that we could play on.
We also got to go on a wagon ride out by the pumpkin patch.
Jacob had fun feeding the goats. He was really good at it too. He wasn't scared at all even though his hand would look like it got eaten a few times.

  1. How Fun! We went to the County Line Orchard last week with James, it seems very similar to this and the kids LOVED it! We did too, the best part for us was walking the rows in the apple orchard. Wonderful!
