Since school has been out, we are definitely taking advantage of all the free time we have. A couple weeks ago we went to the City of Rocks with our friends. It was a pretty cool place, and it was fun to try to rock climb there. We decided to camp and then head to Oregon the next day to visit my family. Scott stayed a week, and I'm still here. He went to go bow hunting with family on his property in southern utah, while me and Jacob stayed busy with my family. I fly to Utah on Wednesday and finally get to see Scott. I hate being away from him for so long. We are all excited for him though because....... He shot a deer!!!!!! Now we will have meat for a long time!
Everything is going great for Scott right now. He currently has 5 interviews set up with medical schools, and hopefully many more on the way. It will be an even better day when we find out he is accepted to one of those schools. It gets kind of stressful knowing that this is such an important part of our lives right now.
Jacob is just over 9 months old now and I finally decided to take him to get professional pictures done. He was so good the whole time, I was amazed! I thought he looked so adorable in them!
