Farmer's market

My friend Andrea and I decided to hit up the Des Moines Farmer's Market a couple weeks ago. I never grew up going to a farmer's market quite like this. There are blocks of vendors of pretty much anything you can think of. The older kids got tired of walking and decided to find a seat and the babies couldn't help but take a nap.

On the way out we noticed they were having their annual Public works day where different people who work for the city would come show off there cool trucks, cars, police horses, helicopter, robots..etc. Jacob really enjoyed that. His mouth was filled with candy so it was hard for him to smile :)
